Tea Ceremony: an intentional sitting meditation with living tea that guides stillness, introspection and connection to your higher self.
Living Tea is a bridge connecting you with nature, spirituality and deep self-reflection. Embrace the stillness, slow down and let each sip open your heart to the wisdom it seeks. Connect to the organic, natural teas cultivated from the forests of China that have been living in connection with humans and the Earth for thousands of years.
These teas carry a vibrancy and energy that is expressed and felt in ceremony.

You will be invited to settle into the sacred space with a brief meditation. Gently attune to the highly intentional preparation and carefully curated serving ritual. Allow your presence to become captivated by the slow flow of this subtle, yet bold teacher.

Meet Your Tea Ceremony Facilitator
Byron Henry’s journey with tea began in Nepal in 1999 and has continued to deepen and mature over the last 25 years. Byron is a student of CHA DAO, The Way of Tea.
Through ceremony and exploration of spiritual rituals and the medicinal path, tea has become a profound plant medicine teacher in his life. The art and ritual of tea ceremony have shown him how to offer and share the beauty of this natural medicine to others so they can create their own relationship.
Byron is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Columbus, OH. The incorporation of CHA DAO into his life has greatly affected how he interacts with patients, friends and all lives he crosses paths with.
