Book a discounted 60-minute float on Thursday, December 19th to participate in our Pay What You Can Day! Asking for or accepting help is something we all struggle with — we’re only human. This is your opportunity to fill your cup on your terms without questions or judgment.
Our Pay What You Can (PWYC) initiative is designed to offer those most in need greater access to the benefits of floating. This day of giving back is intended to serve those who are experiencing financial hardship, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, loss/ grief, PTSD, etc. Please keep this in mind when booking an appointment as space is limited.
Those participating in PWYC Day on December 19th may choose what to pay for their float on a sliding scale of $25, $35, or $45, with no strings attached.
Appointments are required. Pay What You Can discount is only available for 60-minute float sessions on PWYC days.

Yes, our 'Pay What You Can" discount only applies to 60-minute float appointments on designated PWYC days. You may choose what to pay for your float on a sliding scale of $25, $35, or $45 (regular price of $90).
You have the option to add any full-price service to your visit. We recommend booking a 15-minute massage chair session before your float for just $15 to help you relax more fully and help to ease tension before entering your float.
Note: Standard pricing applies for all massage chair, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and massage appointments.

We offer a variety of float tank styles to accommodate various comfort and experience levels.
All of our float suites are completely private and contain a shower area. All float tank options measure approximately 5ft wide and 8ft long with varying overhead heights. You will be in a reclined position supported by 10 inches of water for your float.
All float suites support a sensory-relief environment with automated lighting, an interior tank light with on/off controls, soundproofing, and pristine water quality.
Float Cabin (Downtown) - We have two Float Cabin rooms at our Downtown location. Step into the tank through a glass shower door and ease yourself into a reclined position. This tank has about 5ft of overhead space.
Open Float (Downtown) - The Open Float is an open-concept tank with no hatch or method of enclosure. Resembling a large bathtub, the Open Float suite maintains the integrity of the float experience while allowing you to enjoy a more spacious, open-air session.
Urth Tank (Downtown) - Our Urth Tank is our most traditional style of float tank with a hatch door, black lining, and about 3ft of overhead space.
Float Pod (Polaris) - We have two float pods at our Polaris location. This tank resembles a clamshell with a large hatch that opens and closes for entry. The float pod has approximately 4ft of overhead space.

How it Works
Do you meet our guidelines for who PWYC is intended for? If yes, great! Let’s get you booked.
Visit our booking page and select your desired booking location — Downtown - or - Polaris
Choose your desired appointment time and float room and select ‘Make Reservation’. Feel free to add yourself to the waitlist and we will contact you if there is an opening!
Create an account, or sign in to your existing account to claim your booking.
Card information is required for holding your reservation, but you will not be charged at the time of booking. If you created a new account: Add a valid form of payment to your ‘Stored Cards’ and select ‘Confirm and Pay in Shop’. If you have an existing account: Select ‘Confirm and Pay in Shop’.
After your appointment, a team member will ask if you would like to pay $25, $35, or $45 at checkout. You may pay with the stored card on file or another payment method.
Booking & Payment
Appointments are required. Create an account or make your reservation using an existing account. You must have a valid form of payment on file to make a reservation. Please select “Store a Card & Pay Later” to pay what you can on the day of your appointment. Your sale will be processed with your preferred payment method at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be completed 24 hours in advance. Late cancel or no-show PWYC float appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of $45. When you late cancel or no-show your PWYC float appointment, you take an opportunity from someone in need.
If you need to modify your appointments 24 hours or more in advance, you may do so via your Ebb & Float account online (https://ebbfloat.floathelm.com/me) or by calling us at 614-826-2154. Please note, once you are within our 24-hour cancellation window you must call to speak with a member of our team to cancel. If you can’t reach us directly, please leave a voicemail as a record of your request.
