Cacao Out Loud

Immersive Ceremonial Cacao Sound Journey

Wednesday, August 28th | 6:30-8:30 PM

Energetic Exchange: $44

Kymberlee Lisk, Ceremonialist and Cacao Facilitator will lead this event.

Allow cacao to open your heart and sacred sound frequencies to elevate your consciousness. This beautiful pairing will dance through your soul to unlock euphoric states, release stuck emotions and create a connection to the loving energy within our bodies.

Ceremonial cacao is a benevolent plant medicine that flows through the body effortlessly and births an opportunity to connect deeply with our fullest expression.

After drinking our cacao, you’ll be bathed in sounds that will incorporate crystal singing bowls, bells, crystals, voice, and the gift of listening to create a safe space to go within, heal and journey.

We'll sit together with the heart medicine of cacao to rediscover and deepen the connection to the light within each of us. Reconnecting to our inner light will guide us along our path and raise our vibration in sync with Mother Earth's natural frequency. Our hearts beat connected as one in this web of life.

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

For centuries, cacao has been revered as sacred plant medicine, cherished by ancient civilizations for its heart-opening properties and its ability to facilitate deep introspection and connection. Rich in antioxidants, minerals, and blissful compounds like theobromine and phenethylamine, cacao is known to uplift mood, increase focus, and open pathways to the heart. We will honor the spirit that lives within “The Food of Gods”.

Our ceremonies consist of ceremonial cacao, Icaros (healing medicine songs), guided visual meditation, crystal singing bowls, drumming, shamanic instruments and a space to share your experience and connect with others.

Prior to drinking the cacao, we’ll open a sacred container and call upon the spirit of cacao to help with our healing, inspiration and soul nourishment.

Everyone will be served a ceremonial dose of 42g, prepared with love and intention.  We will guide you through an intentional consumption of the cacao.  We will then be led through a guided visual meditation and sound bath to deepen our journey.

Drinking cacao together in a sacred ritual, where intentions are set, can unlock euphoric states, release negative emotions, and connect us to ourselves and the loving energy within our bodies. Cacao connects us to our energetic hearts, helps open our heart space, and connects us on a deeper level to ourselves and others through the frequency of love, compassion, and joy.

Cacao is a natural stimulant, vasodilator and muscle relaxant.  Helping to relax our hard-working bodies, allowing blood to flow more freely through our blood vessels and energize the nervous system.
