Join us for a transformative evening of introspection and healing as we celebrate the energies of the Virgo season with a special Meditation + Sound Bath. This event is designed to help you harness the grounding and meticulous qualities of Virgo, guiding you to align with your inner self and create balance in your life.
Virgo Season happens between August 22 and September 22 this year and calls us each to dive into its themes of strategy, planning, organization and purification. In Astrology, Virgo is ruled by the Earth element and allows us to become grounded and present in the fine details of our daily routines.
In this meditation and sound bath, Lex will guide you to journey into your body to ground, your mind to focus, your heart to feel and your spirit to connect with the energy and abundance of Virgo season. We will also focus on themes of letting go, as Virgo season asks us to release summer and welcome the Autumn Equinox. Expect to leave with a renewed sense of organization within your mind and recalibration of your energy and senses.
Event Schedule
Please arrive between 6:45 and 7:00 PM. The event will begin promptly at 7:00 and doors will close with entry no longer permitted to maintain the integrity of the space.
6:45 PM - Doors Open
7:00 PM - Introductions, guided meditation + sound bath
8:30 PM - Shares, community & connection
Location
This event will be held in an event space located next door to Ebb & Float - Downtown. Look for the courtyard with a tree beside our building and follow the ramp up to the double doors. We will be there to greet you.

All event ticket sales are final. Event tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.
Parking
Free parking is available in any space in the Ebb & Float surface lot located on the south side of the building (look for the Warehouse District Mural). If this lot is full, paid parking is available on 5th St or in the paid surface lot on 4th St.
Sensory Information
This ceremony involves the use of sensory tools. If at any point you become overwhelmed, or uncomfortable you are welcome to take a break while remaining courteous of other participants.
Scent: To create the ceremonial space, practitioners may use/burn herbal smudge sticks (sage), palo santo (wood), or incense as tools.
Sound: Practitioners may use a range of aural stimuli including voice, crystal bowls, and other musical instruments.

Lex Smith is the Founder & Creator of Spiritual U, an online institution for spiritual growth and education. She provides a variety of spiritual offerings from coaching, oracle and tarot readings, meditation, reiki, and astrology birth chart readings.
Lex is obsessed with understanding the human experience and her mission is to realign societal norms by helping people find their power and recognize their purpose.
