Sunday, December 8th | 10-11:00 AM

Energetic Exchange: $30

Dr. Byron Henry, founder of Inner Steep, will lead this event. Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate experience for all participants.

Tea Ceremony: an intentional sitting meditation with living tea that guides stillness, introspection and connection to your higher self.

Living Tea is a bridge connecting you with nature, spirituality and deep self-reflection. Embrace the stillness, slow down and let each sip open your heart to the wisdom it seeks. Connect to the organic, natural teas cultivated from the forests of China that have been living in connection with humans and the Earth for thousands of years.

These teas carry a vibrancy and energy that is expressed and felt in ceremony.

What to Expect

Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony is done in silence. Upon arrival, your facilitator will offer a brief introduction to this ancient medicine and tradition and share his connection to this practice.

You will be invited to settle into the sacred space with a brief meditation. Gently attune to the highly intentional preparation and carefully curated serving ritual. Allow your presence to become captivated by the slow flow of this subtle, yet bold teacher.

This entranced sacrament will be replicated for three to five rounds.

This practice of silence and intention will bring your awareness to the present moment, allowing you to turn inward and explore your truth.
