Somatic Release Breathwork

Connect to the Subconscious Mind

Tuesday, April 15th | 7:00-8:30 PM

Energetic Exchange: $40

Katie Gallenstein, Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Healer, will facilitate this event.
Spaces are limited to ensure a personalized and supportive experience for all participants.

Somatic Release Breathwork facilitates a deep connection to the subconscious mind, unlocking awareness and insights often inaccessible through conventional means. This practice involves circular breathing and rhythmic music to unblock energy centers within the body and helps to uncover insights and limitations not typically accessed during traditional talk therapy.

By engaging in this breathwork, individuals experience a cathartic release that expels stored stress, anxiety, suppressed emotions, negative beliefs, old patterns, and addictions. This release frees up physical and emotional space, promoting relaxation, clarity, and a profound sense of joy and presence. Participants frequently report feelings of euphoria and may have out-of-body experiences during the session, followed by elevated states of gratitude and bliss upon completion.

What to Expect

Somatic Release Breathwork operates by leveraging the body's innate wisdom to access and process deep-seated, emotional and energetic blockages. You will unlock centers in the body where unresolved emotional issues, stressors, and habitual patterns are stored.

Altered states experienced during breathwork allow individuals to delve into their subconscious, where they can confront and release stored tensions, fears, and limiting beliefs. Participants often describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and emotionally balanced after a session.

This practice is a powerful tool for personal transformation and holistic healing, offering individuals a pathway to deeper self-awareness, emotional release, and spiritual growth.

🔹 Circular Connected Breathing
A continuous, rhythmic breathing technique where each inhale flows seamlessly into the exhale without pause. This deep belly-to-heart breathwork energizes the body, quiets the mind, and anchors you in the present moment.

🔹 Breath Holds
Intentional pauses after both inhalation and exhalation help regulate the nervous system, fostering a deep sense of control, stillness, and grounding.

🔹 Waves of Intensity & Surrender
The journey alternates between dynamic, activating breath cycles and gentle, restorative phases. These shifts create a balance between expansion and integration, allowing energy to move freely. You may experience tingling or light sensations (known as tetany)—a natural response to increased oxygenation and energetic flow.
