Sapo Single Dot Sunday

Kambo Microdose

Sunday, November 24th | 9:00 AM-12:00 PM

Energetic Exchange: $111

Tara Luna Meyer, Tribal Detox practitioner will lead this event.

Step into a sacred journey with Kambo in our first Single Dot Sunday Session — a gentle invitation to connect with the profound healing this ancestral medicine offers. In this carefully held session, you’ll receive a microdose of Kambo, fostering a gradual, intentional relationship with its energies within a supportive, nurturing space.

Kambo is derived from the secretion of the Amazonian phyllomedusa bicolor frog and has traditionally been used by many indigenous tribes. Commonly described as an “ordeal medicine”, the secretion is known for its emetic or purgative effects and yet is widely sought out to revitalize the body and mind due to the potent combination of bioactive and neuropeptides.

These compounds found in Kambo are readily absorbed in the human body and perform a range of beneficial functions to prevent disease while enhancing and optimizing the nervous, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and immune systems.

Event Schedule

Please arrive between 8:45 and 9:00 AM. The event will begin promptly at 7:00 and doors will close with entry no longer permitted to maintain the integrity of the space.

243 N 5th St, Suite 120, Columbus, OH, 43215

What to Expect:

  • Mindful Microdose
Embrace Kambo with a single dot—a minimal application that gently introduces you to its powerful effects while holding space for a transformative experience without the intensity of a full dose.

  • Honoring Sacred Reciprocity
Our session honors the balance between light and shadow, feminine and masculine, the past and present. Together, we embrace the wisdom of the natural world and remember the teachings from our ancestral roots, reconnecting with the medicina that guides us back to nature’s rhythms.

  • Deepening Connection to Earth and Spirit
We give thanks to the healing waters, plants, animals, and indigenous cultures that have stewarded this sacred frog medicine. With reverence, we call upon Kambo to bring harmony to our minds, bodies, hearts, and spirits, inviting us to explore balance and wholeness.

All attendees are required to fast for 8-12 hours before sitting with Kambo. Ensure you are well hydrated the day before your sit.

Kambo Ceremony Preparation

  • Dry fast for 8-12 hours prior to ceremony.

  • Wear layered, loose and comfortable clothing that allows for temperature changes and easy access to the area in which you will be receiving your gates for the medicine to be applied. You may also want to bring an extra change of clothes and a hair tie for long hair.

  • Bring any yoga mat, blankets or cushions as desired, to create a “nest” for your comfort during ceremony.

  • Bring a notepad + pen to journal any insights or guidance you receive during ceremony

  • Bring an eye mask if you wish

  • Bring a water bottle to stay well-hydrated

  • Feel free to also bring any sacred objects that bring you comfort such as crystals or power amulets. The most important thing to remember to bring is your beautiful authentic self, intention and a willingness to trust, let go and flow so that you may release resistance and allow deeper connection with yourself, others, nature and Spirit
