Practitioner Bio

Meet Your Meditation Facilitator

Morgan King began her spiritual journey at the age of 19 and is deeply committed to the transformative power of meditation. She began with a rigorous discipline after attending multiple 10-day silent retreats early on, culminating in a transformative 14-day darkness retreat at the age of 20.

Morgan shares a Hridaya-style meditation, inspired by her silent retreats. Morgan has immersed herself in its practice, finding profound inner stillness and wisdom through its teachings. She also integrates the meditative principles she learned through her 200-hour certified yoga teacher training.

Continuing to expand her knowledge and holistic approach, Morgan completed a rigorous 650-hour training at the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. This unique blend of disciplines allows her to guide others in exploring the intersections of meditation, yoga, and sexuality as paths to deeper self-awareness and spiritual connection.

Through her teachings and personal journey, Morgan seeks to share the transformative power of meditation as a means to cultivate inner peace, mindfulness, and spiritual growth.
